Nature, Dream and Metaphor:

An Extraordinary Writing and Dream Workshop

Description:
In this workshop we will reach deep into a treasure trove of exotic creative
writing and dream sharing techniques collected from the far reaches of the world to explore
our own dreams within the Dream of Nature.

Whether you are a beginning or advanced writer or dream worker, this experiential intensive
will expand your awareness & immediately help you tap into the most mythic and poetic
wellsprings of your soul, as well as the Soul of the Earth. Whether you want to draw forth
these sweet & mysterious waters  to nourish your life back to a place of wonder & meaning, or
nurture your unique gifts for the betterment of a world desperate for healing, your thirst for
magic & more productive myths to live by will be quenched.

Our workshop takes place on the beautiful, meditative grounds of La Casa de Maria in the hills
of Santa Barbara. Here we will have the opportunity to wander & play as we ponder Nature as
Muse, offering us insights and inspirations, and to deepen our connection with the
co-creativity of Dreamtime.

Preparation: Participants will be asked to begin keeping a Dreamtime journal. This may
include dreams, reflections, stories, poems, drawings collages, quotes, or whatever else the
Dream inspires. Please bring a rattle, drum or the like, and clothing for the outdoors. Bring a
bathing suit if you'd like to swim at La Casa's pool, or the magnificant Pacific coast beaches
just minutes away!
