"Since the quest my life has been forever
changed... it was on my list of 15 most
significant events in my life that I have my
students do... i always try to do the
assignments with them. Since the quest i
have done an immense amount of healing with
regards to my relationship with men.... be
they my father, a friend, a lover, a brother...
during the quest the issue of balancing my
female and male Self came up and I feel that
my dealing with my relationships with men
helped me to bring more balance to the
female parts of myself.

Since the quest, I have gotten more in tune
with my intuitive self and have been working
a great deal with it, doing intuitive drawings
and paintings for myself and others. Doing
this has enabled me to give back to my
community and the individual healing
processes going on within the communities I
find myself in -- be they work, home, family,
neighborhood, daily interaction with people at
the grocery store... etc.

I am still receiving a great amount of insight
from that experience [two summers ago] and
look forward with delight and trepidation to
doing another quest again! Other than that, I
have found myself more in life's flow than
ever before. I don't find myself trying to
make things work... they just do.... what ever
the outcome.

I am very grateful for all the abundance I
have recieved and wish to find more ways to

This is a web page dedicated to those courageous souls who underwent a vision
quest or soul intensive with the School of Living Dreams. This page is essential to
the School's vision, for it will be a manifestation of the UNIVERSAL WEB of
VISIONS. It will house Questers' stories, ideas, artwork, inventions, poetry, etc.
 It will tell their tales of transformation while on their quest, and how they
brought their newly discovered gifts back to their communities.

DREAMWEAVER'S PROMISE OF DEVOTION

The guides at SLD are here to support you -- our students -- while on your
quests, journeys and trainings, but also AFTERWARD, as you transition into new
and more rewarding ways of life. As part of that promise, anyone who undertakes a
vision quest, attends a workshop or private sessions at the School of Living Dreams
will be offered a free webpage of his or her own on this site, or a link to their own
webpage, to help connect you to the whole world.

If we can help you build alliances that will allow you to live your dreams and help
others across the globe to live theirs, we may give our children's children a chance
at knowing peace, balance, harmony & wisdom when THEIR time comes to dream.
DEVOTION

Devotion lights candles at dusk. She braids her grandmother's hair with an antiique
comb. She works as an ecologist at the university. She wears long glowing tunics with
bright cotton pants. She has never taken a dance class, but she moves with an
unstudied grace, sensitive to the edge where her body meets the air.

Devotion balances periods of great stillness with times of movement and
exuberance. She has prayed in many temples and seen evidence of God in unliikely
places. She keeps a postcard of Saint Fransciis above her desk. A Yeminite amulet
hangs in her window. Always she remembers to honor the Mother.
